RETURNS POLICY

If you change your mind and would like to return your product, ONG-ENRGi offers a 14-day refund policy, as long as the product is unused, returned in the original packaging, and you have notified us of the reason for the return. We cannot offer a refund if the item has been opened, due to hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty or sent in error.

Note: When returning products, you will need to pay for your own shipping cost.

ONG-ENRGi will be happy to reimburse your shipping cost with your refund, provided you can provide a receipt or proof of your shipping costs.

Delivery is free for all UK orders of ££29.52 and over. Orders below ££29.52 incur a £4.99 delivery cost.

All products will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from order, Monday to Friday.

 

Delivery Estimates:

• Order before 2 pm, Monday to Friday – Estimated 2-3 working days
• Order after 2 pm, Monday to Friday, or all day Saturday & Sunday – Estimated 3-4 working days

If you are a UK customer and have not received your order within the estimated time frame, please contact us immediately.

 

CAN MY SHIPPING ADDRESS BE DIFFERENT FROM MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes, we can send your order to an alternate address. We will also need the cardholder's billing address for security checks, but the order will be shipped to the address entered in the delivery details section at checkout.
